By using the Memory Prime website and booking system, you agree to use the site for its intended purpose — learning about memory wellness and scheduling appointments — and to provide accurate information when booking or contacting us.

Appointments are subject to availability and Memory Prime's cancellation and rescheduling policies, which will be confirmed at the time of booking. A no-show or a late cancellation within the window disclosed at booking may result in a flat fee charged to the card on file.
